Coaching for at-home dads who want more

The devoted dad who feels invisible
You love your kids. You give them everything you have. But somewhere along the way, you have lost yourself.
You're an at-home dad, but you don’t feel like you fit in anywhere. You’re not the “alpha male” type, and honestly, You’re exhausted from the world telling you that you should be. You care deeply about your kids—their scraped knees, their wild stories, the quiet moments before bed. But it feels like society expects you to downplay that.
You give and give, but at the end of the day, there’s nothing left for you.
You want to be happy. You want to feel comfortable in your own skin. You want the energy to be the dad and husband you know you can be. But the weight of expectations, exhaustion, and resentment makes it hard to move forward. And asking for help, that feels impossible.
HI I’m ed,
and i’ve been exactly where you are
I Never Planned to Be a Stay-at-Home Dad.
That wasn’t the dream.
For 14 years, I climbed the corporate ladder in tax accounting—collared shirts, endless meetings, and a paycheck that looked good on paper. I told myself I was successful. But deep down, I wasn’t happy. I was proud of the title—not the life.
Then my wife and I ran the numbers.
After childcare, commuting, and the cost of a high-stress career, my "big job" wasn’t bringing in nearly as much as I thought.
The logical choice? I’d stay home with the kids.
Logical? Yes.
Easy? Not even close.
Leaving my job shook my entire identity.
I had no idea who I was without work.
Suddenly my days were nap schedules, playdates, and toddler meltdowns. And the hardest part? I felt invisible.
But then something shifted.
I started seeing the hidden wins.
I wasn’t just managing a household—I was the go-to parent.
I could sense when my kids were upset before they even said a word. I caught the little moments most dads miss. I went from being ignored at PTA meetings… to becoming PTA president.
But even as I showed up for everyone else, I completely neglected myself.
I thought if I just did more—PTA president, volunteer firefighter, nonprofit board member—I’d finally feel valuable.
But I was running on empty.
My physical and mental health were in the back seat, and I was quietly burning out.
And worse, I blamed everyone else for it.
Then everything changed.
I realized that taking care of myself wasn’t selfish—it was necessary.
Through coaching, I let go of the guilt and learned how to lead from the inside out.
I became a better dad, a better husband, and a better man.
Now, it’s your turn.
The work we will do together
You Show Up for Everyone Else.
Now It’s Time to Show Up for You.
You haven’t failed. You haven’t disappeared.
You’ve just been buried under the weight of responsibility, routine, and everyone else’s needs.
You’ve been handling it all.
But somewhere along the way, you started to fade.
It’s time to reconnect with the version of you that feels strong, grounded, confident—and fully alive.
This isn’t about fixing anything. You’re not broken.
It’s just about finding yourself again beneath the pressure, the expectations, and the mental load.
Not the version you think you “should” be.
The real you—clear, capable, and connected to what truly matters.
Because when you feel steady in who you are, everything shifts.
Your patience. Your presence. Your energy. Your sense of purpose.
It all comes back online.
Let’s rebuild from the inside out—so you’re not just surviving.
